DIAKONIA offers an international and ecumenical community of diaconal friendship, connecting us in diversity and commonality.
DIAKONIA broadens our worldview and deepens our sense of diaconal vocation.
DIAKONIA reminds the church of God’s call to service, justice, compassion, and peace for creation, and assists us in living out our ministries in the world with vision and hope.
The church is not the church without diakonia.

Prayer Letter – March 2026
The Prayer Letter for March is written by Mandy Herriman. She is a member of the Executive Board of DIAKONIA representing DIAKONIA Asia Pacific where she serves as Vice President. Mandy is President of the Australian Anglican Deacons Association (AADA), and Archdeacon to the Household of Deacons. She is serving as a Deacon in the Anglican Parish of Kingsley North in Perth, Western Australia. She is also trained as a pediatric nurse and a primary music teacher.
Liebe Freunde, hiermit erhalten Sie den Gebetsbrief für März. Er wurde von Mandy Herriman verfasst. Sie ist Mitglied des Vorstands von DIAKONIA und vertritt DIAKONIA Asia Pacific, wo sie als Vizepräsidentin tätig ist. Mandy ist Präsidentin der Australian Anglican Deacons Association (AADA) und Erzdiakonin des Diakonats.
